How do I know your cleaning process won’t damage my home?
Because we don’t guess — we follow proven chemistry, manufacturer guidelines, and low-pressure techniques for every surface. I treat your home exactly how I’d want mine treated. Your siding, plants, windows, and paint are protected with a controlled soft wash approach, not brute-force pressure. The goal is long-term health of your home, not a quick blast-and-go.
What’s the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?
Pressure washing relies on force. Soft washing relies on technique and science. Soft washing cleans deeper, kills organic growth at the root, and keeps your surfaces healthy. High pressure has its place (like concrete), but never on roofs, siding, or wood. We choose the method based on what protects your home—not what’s fastest.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not at all. As long as we have access to water and the areas being cleaned, we’re good to go. I treat your property with integrity—even when nobody’s watching. You’ll get photo or video updates so you’re in the loop every step of the way.
What’s included in a house wash?
A full house wash includes siding, trim, fascia, soffits, exterior gutters, and exterior windows (soft washed). I also rinse your plants before and after to protect them. You’re not just getting a cleaner home—you’re getting a healthier home exterior.
How long will the results last?
Most homeowners see 12–24 months of results depending on shade, trees, and humidity. Because we kill the organic growth at the root, your home stays cleaner longer than a basic pressure wash.
Why does my roof have dark streaks or moss?
Those streaks are actually algae feeding on the limestone in your shingles. Moss and lichen root themselves into the shingle surface, pulling granules off over time. My roof soft wash kills the growth safely, restores appearance, and extends roof life without any high pressure.
How do you protect my plants and landscaping?
Plant protection is non-negotiable for me. I pre-wet every plant, use safe runoff management, apply neutralizers when needed, and rinse again afterward. This step takes time, but skipping it is how companies damage homeowners’ yards. I refuse to cut that corner.
Can you remove rust, oil, or other stains from concrete?
Yes — each stain has its own chemistry. Rust, oil, tire marks, battery stains, and organic buildup all require different solutions. I identify the root problem first, then use the correct treatment so your driveway actually looks restored, not just rinsed.
How much water will you use?
A typical house wash uses less water than most people expect—usually less than running a few loads of laundry. Soft washing relies more on cleaning solution and controlled rinse than gallons of water blasting. It’s efficient, effective, and homeowner-friendly.
Why shouldn’t I just rent a pressure washer and do it myself?
Because it’s easy to cause thousands in damage without realizing it—etched concrete, carved siding, oxidized streaks, dead plants, ruined wood grain… I’ve seen it all.But most importantly:
You’re trading hours of your time for a result that won’t last.
When I handle it, you get:
- professional equipment
- safe cleaning chemistry
- plant and property protection
- deeper, longer-lasting clean
- zero stress on your weekend
You stay the hero of your home—and I handle the heavy lifting.
