Wanted to shout out Tyler Thomason with Atlanta Powershine he did a soft wash on our Trex decking and a power wash on our stone stairs as well as our front porch at our other house. He arrived on time and was very efficient with getting the job done – with All this rain we had a lot of algae build up on our stairs and it can get slippery so l’m so glad he was able to help ! He also was very careful with my plants as that was a huge concern for me . He also moved all the furniture himself ( not the hot tub lol) which made the project easy for me as a home owner.

Tyler was a great communicator and really spent his time doing quality work. Our deck took a beating from the GA weather and our dogs, and when he was done, it looked brand new. His pricing is competitive and working with him was a great experience.

Tyler is incredibly nice and very easy to communicate with. He clearly takes great pride in his work, and he should. He does a great job. We joked, after he left, that we had not even realized what color our building and stones were supposed to be until he cleaned them up. Everything looks so much better.

Tyler REALLY came through for me with my new rental. The back yard belonged to the dogs of the previous tenants and hadn’t been cleaned in QUITE some time. Tyler was quick to reply, offered a VERY reasonable quote, and was out within the week. He is incredibly friendly, professional, and swift with his service. He took care of my back AND front patios, and left me with outdoor spaces I can actually enjoy. I would recommend his services to everyone, and I’ll happily use him again for other projects!

Really impressed with Tyler’s work! Super reliable, works quickly, and the before/after is amazing. We hired him to clean our deck before staining, along with the side of our house, a section of fencing, and our driveway. It all looks like new, as the photos show.

You can see the before and afters make this 20+ year old home look like new!! Tyler has been fantastic working with me and making sure my dad had all the information he needed prior to service. We will be calling Tyler to come clean our house next. We highly suggest you give Tyler and his team a buzz. Ty (Tyler) did a spectacular job on my front drive way. He was communicative, fast, and thorough. Not only did he get every nook and cranny, but he even let me know what would happen afterwards to make sure the driveway would stay cleaner longer. Highly recommended by a resident in Clarkston, GA.
